A bouquet of On-going services is mutually discussed and finalized depending upon the actual needs of the customer. By and large, the service options could include:
- Annual Maintenance Contract – This service will be for a period of one year and will offer defect resolution.
The service can include periodic visits by our team members. Software callibration and validation can also be a part of the service.
- Enhancement and Upgradation – Recognising dynamic business environment and need for enhanced functionality and features
over time, Calyx Info offers Enhancement and Upgradation service. All enhancements and / or upgradations will be assessed by Calyx Info and will be
developed based on Customer approvals.
- Training - Calyx Info will offer training to customer's internal or external users on a need basis. Training takes a completely
modular and customised
approach. Medium of training, course content, duration and methodology is tailored to suit customer needs.
- Partnering Change Management –
Calyx Info goes that extra mile to ensure that the client is comfortable with our solutions. We recognise that computerising business operations is a
significant change management activity and we work with our customers in that spirit. That's added value for our customers.
