Standard Operating Procedures

Calyx Info team works from the scratch with the customer team on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant for computerized operations. If SOP's are already in place then we build on it, incorporating changes, and resolving conflicts if any.

  • Internal Users: Batch training is carried out to a mutually defined training agenda which observes  Hear » Observe » Do … principle to reinforce learning and retention by users.

  • External Users: We recognize that our Clients’ often roll out a service to their clients’ based on the application. So we conceptualized and designed this training to make it easier for our clients to impart training hand holding their customers in turn.

  • Fast Track Call Centre: In demand by our clients’ - for applications that are rolled out to geographically disbursed users. This service is carried out for a defined limited duration to make the burn-in period a stress-free one.
